Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Transportation & Execution Temp to support logistics operations during peak season, focusing on manual order entry and fulfillment for Marketplace and drop ship orders that fall outside automated workflows. As part of the Transportation and Execution team, this role will manage sales orders, maintain date accuracy across systems, and resolve service risks in close coordination with logistics, network planning, and customer experience teams. This temporary position is essential for sustaining high service levels and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries during Big Ship. Key Responsibilities Order & Exception Handling Ensure high service levels and item fulfillment rates for assigned inventory areas. Manage orders through the TMS and ERP (Netsuite) systems, ensuring timely execution by relevant teams. Monitor and manage order changes to ensure consistency between TMS, WMS, and ERP systems. Troubleshoot and resolve pending order transactions within the ERP, escalating to appropriate logistics teams when necessary. Manually build Marketplace and drop ship orders not integrated into the TMS (E2Open) Track and update manual transactions to ensure timely milestone completion. Assist with date management by ensuring alignment of ship and delivery dates across all systems (ERP, TMS, WMS) and stakeholders Coordinate and update date changes across systems to ensure accurate delivery timelines and a positive customer experience. Support Big Ship reporting and recapping by gathering key metrics and contributing to post-ship evaluations Other duties as assigned Salesforce Case Management Support case management in Salesforce to ensure customer-facing issues are resolved promptly, adhering to standard operating procedures. Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to resolve customer order issues and oversee issue resolution in Salesforce and Netsuite. Skills & Abilities Customer-focused mindset, especially with farmers Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; able to build relationships internally and externally Adaptability to new technologies and changing roles Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively Data minded individual with an ability to create clean visualization of data analytics for reporting and recapping purposes Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across functions and with external partners. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing demands in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines. This salary range may vary based on geography and the higher cost of labor in some metropolitan areas.
