Overview ABOUT THE POSITION VHB’s Orlando, FL office is looking for a Project Development Intern to join our team for the Summer of 2026. Responsibilities Review and summarize planning documents and studies Prepare, edit, and review technical reports Use and review GIS transportation data. Develop and update CAD drawings Create text and spreadsheet documents and manipulate data. Participate in public engagement and outreach efforts Occasional field data collection Effectively interact with VHB staff to advance projects in a timely manner. Skills and Attributes Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Team oriented with strong capability to work independently Self-motivated with attention to detail A strong work ethic with the desire to learn and achieve Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines Qualifications Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s degree in civil engineering, planning, geography or related field. Experience with Microsoft Office MicroStation experience is preferred VHB does not provide housing for internships. We are VHB!
