Position: Transportation Specialist [1432] Program: Amarillo, Texas – Reset Diversion Salary: $15.66/hr. We invite you to join us in our vision of “Making Lives Better!” Essential duties and responsibilities: * Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language * The Transportation Specialist has duties that include, but are not limited to, transportation of persons who are engaged with the Reset Diversion Center * This position will also involve light clerical duties, and other assigned duties, as directed by the supervisor * The Transportation Specialist is responsible for providing supervision and care to clients with a mental health diagnosis * The Transportation Specialist has no financial responsibility but is accountable for assigned property * Works under the supervision of the Reset Diversion Program Administrator and will work closely with all Reset Diversion staff and individuals served * Adheres to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromised Required qualifications to be successful in the job: * High school diploma or GED * One semester (12 credit hours) of accredited college work; or minimum of eighth grade reading comprehension level as evidenced by score on the Adult Basic Learning Examination (ABLE) test * Employees may be required to utilize their personal mobile phones for two-factor authentication (2FA). Responsibilities

The Transportation Specialist is primarily responsible for transporting individuals engaged with the Reset Diversion Center while maintaining professional, trauma-informed communication. This role also includes performing light clerical duties and providing direct supervision and care to clients with mental health diagnoses.
