The Role: Transportation Specialist What will you do? The Transportation Specialist will efficiently manage and execute the end-to-end transportation flow for drop-shipment from ODM Vendor/AVM (ASEAN Vendor Manage) to DC/customers. The position is responsible for the control, issuance, and usage of export commercial invoices, reconciliation of invoices versus system transactions, and monitoring of Local Sales, CDP, and AMAZON shipments. To define and maintain the processes and SOP for the effective execution of this flow. Act as the transportation SPOC and closely collaborate with planning, procurement, vendor, and service provider for the smooth execution and on-time delivery of AVM orders to the customers. Who would be successful? Bachelor’s Degree Holder preferably in Industrial Engineering or any related courses in the Supply Chain Knowledgeable in Customs (BOC) basic procedures With 2 to 3 years of related experience in Logistics or Supply Chain function Computer literate in the following tools: MS Office Suite, MS Excel, Oracle, and Visio Strongly analytical and collaborative Ability to work independently Amenable to work in Rosario, Cavite What’s in it for me?
