Job Details Job Location: ARC-Jacksonville ARC - Jacksonville, FL 32246 Position Type: Full Time Regular Education Level: High School Diploma/GED Salary Range: $19.00 - $19.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: Day Job Category: Store Supervises, plans, assigns, and evaluates the work of all transportation personnel ensuring that donation pickups are conducted in a timely and efficient manner as well as in accordance with established policies and procedures; monitors the effectiveness of the pickup system and initiates appropriate corrective action in a timely manner in order to maintain productivity standards; ensures the accountability of all donated merchandise; ensures that all fleet vehicles are properly maintained; ensures that safety standards are observed by all assigned personnel; ensures that customers are treated in a courteous and tactful manner. Qualifications Education and Experience High school diploma or GED preferred but not required and four years of experience driving a heavy­ duty truck or large van, one year of supervisory experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of Transportation Supervisor. Certifications Valid State Driver's License Valid Commercial Driver's License Preferred but not required
