Description Vivalon is a Marin-based nonprofit that has been serving the community for over 70 years. Our Vivalon Rides division proudly serves five counties, providing safe and reliable transportation for developmentally disabled adults. We are looking to hire a Transportation Supervisor for our Modesto operation. This supervisor is our driver workforce's first line of management and will supervise a designated group of drivers. Responsibilities include performance coaching, performance evaluations, training, appreciation, and recognition. This Driver Supervisor should have a commercial driver's license (or be willing to obtain one) and experience overseeing drivers. Requirements The following skills and experience are qualifications for this job: Leadership and supervisory experience. Transportation operational experience. Knowledge of ADA policies and regulations. Knowledge of Vivalon service areas and Service Contract requirements is desired. Knowledge of applicable State and Federal work and passenger bus safety rules & regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. Skill in organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail. Compensation and Benefits $26 - $36/hour depending on experience.
