• Daily operational planning and coordination of tours, taking into account cost-effectiveness, deadlines and resources.
• Ensuring optimal deployment planning for drivers
• Maintenance, control and evaluation of data in various systems
• Management and ongoing updating of the time tracking system
• Monitoring compliance with ARV regulations and carrying out corresponding checks
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces to ensure a smooth transport process.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the transport sector as well as management experience in a comparable role
• Completed training as a road transport dispatcher or equivalent training
• A valid category C/E driving licence is an advantage.
• A communicative, team-oriented and resilient personality with assertiveness.
• High IT affinity and good user knowledge of the common MS Office programs.
