What can you expect?
Trappers Food & Beverage Assistant Manager provides an outstanding experience for our guests. They are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet by adopting a hand on approach for training, motivating, supervising, and evaluating their team. They ensure that quality service, product, and safety standards are consistently met.

This job might be right for you if you think you would really enjoy:

  • Provide excellent guest service
  • Oversee daily operations of staffing, opening, running, and closing of the restaurant
  • Oversee and train team members in resort system Dayforce, POS systems, cash-outs, product knowledge, health, and safety procedures
  • Scheduling staff and completing checks of their timecard in Dayforce
  • Able and willing to work in all areas of the unit
  • Review daily labour and sales report to track outlets progress
  • Provide coaching and conduct performance evaluations for all team members
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with all standards
  • Oversee and respond to customer concerns
  • Assist Manager in the outlets monthly inventory
  • Other duties as assigned
