In this role, you will utilize evidence-based and trauma treatments to support youth who have committed offense-specific behaviors and victims in healing. Daily Impact looks like: Engaging youth with problem sexual behaviors and victims using two evidence-based trauma treatments: Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. Cultivating growth in the whole family unit to empower families and support youth. Keeping youth out of the system and with their families by preventing further misconduct.
