Overview About the Role Responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating the performance improvement (PI) program for the Division of Trauma. Responsible for maintenance of compliance with all regulatory agency requirements (American College of Surgeons, -Committee on Trauma and the NJ Department of Health and Senior Service). Assists trauma leadership in identifying actual or potential system/process/product issues which must be addressed. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Manage and evaluate the Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) program Monitor and ensure compliance with ACS‑COT and NJDOH regulatory standards Partner with trauma leadership to identify and address system and process improvement opportunities Qualifications What You’ll Bring Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of New Jersey required Master’s degree in a health‑related field preferred Minimum of five (5) years of progressive nursing experience, including recent experience in performance improvement and quality assurance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong proficiency with computers and related systems What We Offer Medical & Prescription Drug Coverage Dental & Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Short- & Long-Term Disability Insurance Pension Plan Pet Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Professional Development Compensation The expected salary range for this position is NS/04S-Min $101,168/Max $151,754 per year in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
