CW Therapy Group is an already well established therapeutic professional corporation serving both North and South Halton. We have developed a specialized skill set and focus in supporting the needs of First Responders populations and those living with trauma/PTSD as this has been the primary focus of the population(s) served.
CW Therapy Group is growing and is looking for compassionate and collaborative Masters level Registered Professional(s) (Registered Social worker or Psychotherapist) who are dedicated to working towards and building a private practice. We seek professionals who are sociable and friendly, who feel comfortable working in a therapeutic and team focused environment. As an integral part of our team you’ll be responsible for providing evidence based therapeutic support to individuals. CW Therapy Group seeks a professional who is kind, honest, driven and team oriented; and who is able to work under the supervision of two Registered Social Workers. We offer competitive splits, flexible schedules, and supervision.

Requirements:

• Experience supporting first responders
• Adequately trained in a range of evidence based therapies
• Preference will be given to candidates trained in CPT or EMDR
• Have had evidenced based training in Trauma and who also work from a trauma informed lens
• Have had experience working with those who have lived trauma
• Provide evidence based therapy and support to client’s who may face a range of mental health concerns or are moving through life stressors and/or challenges
• Are currently registered with and in good standing with the OCSWSSW or CRPO
• Experience working in, or, having begun a private practice would be a strong asset
• Are willing and able to provide a minimum of 20 client hours per week with a minimum of 3 in person shifts.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $96.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
