Le représentant du service à la clientèle – à domicile (travail à la maison) (bilingue : français / anglais) travaille à domicile et s’interface avec les clients via des appels entrants / sortants et / ou via Internet. Ce poste fournit un soutien au service à la clientèle et la résolution des problèmes courants et des questions concernant les produits et / ou services du client.

• Un diplôme d’études secondaires ou GED
• Un environnement calme et sans distraction pour travailler à domicile
• Solides compétences en navigation informatique et connaissance de l’ordinateur
• Maîtrise du multicaches rapid
• Désir d’apprendre de nouvelles technologies
• Un ordinateur de bureau ou portable pour effectuer des tests sur PC et Internet
• Un ordinateur de travail peut être fourni en fonction du poste offert, mais n’est pas garanti (sera discuté plus en détail avec un recruteur)
• Internet haute vitesse (pas de connexion sans fil/hotspots ou satellite) et un smartphone

The Customer Service Representative-Remote (Bilingual: French / English) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
• Help customers resolve basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as: smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred
• Offer additional products and/or services
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
