Personne qui évalue le fonctionnement social, détermine un plan d’intervention et en assure la mise en œuvre. Elle soutient et rétablit le fonctionnement social de la personne en réciprocité avec son milieu dans le but de favoriser le développement optimal de l’être humain en interaction avec son environnement. Elle exerce des activités de conception, d'orientation, de consultation, d'actualisation, d'analyse et d'évaluation dans un ou plusieurs programmes sociaux. Doit détenir un baccalauréat en travail social ou en service social ou répondre aux exigences de scolarité de l'Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ) Doit être membre de OTSTCFQ. Le titre de travailleuse sociale est pris en considération. Toutefois, les postes actuellement disponibles sont affichés sous le titre d’agent(e) de relations humaines. It carries out design, orientation, consultation, updating, analysis and evaluation in one or more social programs. Must hold a bachelor's degree in social work or social service or meet the educational requirements of the Order of Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists of Quebec (OTSTCFQ) Must be a member of OTSTCFQ.
