Salary: £25-30,500pa

Working in the office 5 days a week

  • Experience in a customer facing role

  • Booking detailed travel itineraries
  • Manage any bookings that require amendments or cancellation
  • Assisting with the booking of travel for large workshops
  • Assist and advise others re: travel desk matters
  • Liaise with both national and overseas hotels

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Distributing mail
  • Assisting with preparation for meetings and workshops
