Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the travel and tourism team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handle travel bookings, itineraries, and arrangements for clients.
  • Maintain and organize travel-related records and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and travel-related materials.
  • Manage communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders regarding travel arrangements.
  • Assist with processing travel expenses, invoices, and other financial documents.
  • Handle general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Support the team in project management, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Knowledge in booking of ticket and hotel softwares.
