Job Title: Travel Administrator
Vamonos Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic tour operator who offer complete travel solutions for group and individual travellers who are looking for a Travel Administrator.
The company are a leading DMC to the UK and Ireland and are looking to grow their team within the group booking team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
  • Previous experience in travel or hospitality within a reservations, administration, operations or customer focused admin FOH role.
  • If you have worked with TOURPLAN before this will be a huge advantage
    Strong data input, administration and systems support experience is useful.

Responsibilities

The Travel Administrator you will sit within the bookings department and you will be quoting and booking for hotels, restaurants, attractions and other travel and tourism services for group travel.
You will be managing all operations and delivering smooth travel plans.
You will manage all system administration and travel arrangements.
You will oversee all booking management for your assigned requests, manage amendments, cancellations and special requests.
