Job Requirements:

• Must have good knowledge and hands-on experience with Sabre GDS
• Experience in domestic and international flight bookings
• Ability to create and manage PNRs
• Knowledge of ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds and cancellations
• Experience with fare quotations, fare rules and ticket exchanges
• Ability to handle schedule changes and airline reservations
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Punjabi, Hindi and English language skills preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous travel agency experience preferred
