You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in planning their travel experiences. Your expertise in sales and hospitality will help create memorable journeys for our customers, ensuring their needs are met from start to finish.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leisure travel agency
• Valid TICO certification
• Knowledge of ClientBase preferred
• Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Drive to build, maintain and grow your own client portfolio

Skills:

• Proven sales experience with a strong ability to close deals.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools is a plus.
