What You’ll Do:
- Sell group travel packages including cruises, guided tours, all-inclusive resorts, and custom itineraries for both domestic and international destinations
- Coordinate every detail of a group trip—air, ground transportation, accommodations, activities, and special group requests
- Build lasting relationships with group leaders to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Host pre-trip planning sessions and provide ongoing support to group leaders and travelers
- Offer tailored recommendations to make each group’s travel experience exceed expectations
- Cross-sell additional products and services, such as travel insurance and pre/post-trip extensions, to enhance the group’s experience
- Negotiate with suppliers for the best group rates and amenities
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for travel and creating memorable shared experiences
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple group bookings simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and online booking tools
- Sales-minded with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Comfortable with paperwork, contracts, and payment tracking
- Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays to support group needs
- 2+ years of retail sales, hospitality, or travel agency experience preferred (especially in group travel)

Pay: $34,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
