To support this growth, we are hiring a Travel Advisor to join our dynamic team in Barcelona and contribute to delivering tailor-made boating experiences to our Italian clients. 💪 Team At Click&Boat, there are 3 main operational Business Units: Supply: works with boat owners to ensure quality inventory and optimized revenues. Sales (Travel Advisors): supports tenants throughout their booking journey, from inquiry to confirmation. Customer Care: assists customers after booking confirmation (before, during, and after the trip). As a Travel Advisor dedicated to the Italian market, you will join the Italian Sales team, part of a business unit of around 40 people. You will report directly to the Sales Lead for the Italian market. 🚀 Missions As a Travel Advisor, your mission is to guide Italian-speaking clients in organizing their boating experience, from the first inquiry to the final booking. You will manage a portfolio of qualified inbound leads (no cold calling). Your responsibilities will include: Understanding your clients’ travel plans, expectations, and budget to recommend the most suitable boats and destinations. Acting as a trusted advisor by providing personalized guidance and destination expertise. Negotiating the best offers with boat owners to secure optimal conditions for your clients. Managing the booking process end-to-end, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism. Applying performance-driven strategies to maximize conversion while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Package starting from €30k depending on experience (variable not capped). 🎯 Preferred Experience Fluent Italian speaker and bilingual in English (additional languages are a plus). First successful experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development Comfortable managing a full client journey from needs analysis to closing and upselling.
