Position: Travel Advisor (Full time)
Length of contract: 6 month maternity cover till March 2026 (possible extension)
Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week. Monday to Friday, 9-5pm with occasional Saturday’s

JOB SUMMARY:

Voel Coaches are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Travel Advisor to join our very busy sales department on full time basis. This role is a 6 month maternity cover position.

· Determining clients needs and suggesting suitable travel packages
· Organising travel from beginning to end including accommodation, transportation and admissions
· Dealing with customer enquiries and taking bookings over the telephone
· Collecting payments and balances from customers via card machine and cash
· Daily use of our booking system
· Using our social media platforms to communicate with customers and advertising our products and services
· End of day banking
