-Develop tailored travel packages that suit clients preferences and budgets.

-Maintain relationships with clients and travel suppliers for competitive rates.
-Follow up on leads prepare quotations and process bookings.
-Handle administrative tasks including invoices receipts and travel documentation.
-Provide travel advice visa requirements and destination information to customers.
-Keep updated with industry trends promotions and new travel destinations
-Achieve sales targets and contribute to the companys business growth.
-Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-Proven experience in sales or travel agency operations is an advantage.
-Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel products.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Customer-focused, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficient in computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office) and booking tools.
-Good negotiation skills and ability to close sales.
-Willing to work flexible hours.
-Passion for travel and continuous learning in the travel industry
