Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management:Hiring, training, and supervising travel agents and other staff members, setting performance goals, and managing staff schedules.
  • Financial Management:Managing the agency’s budget, tracking revenue, and ensuring profitability.
  • Customer Service:Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Travel Package Development:Creating and promoting travel packages and services to attract customers.
  • Supplier Relations:Maintaining relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers.
  • Sales & Marketing:Implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote the agency’s services.
  • Compliance:Ensuring the agency complies with all relevant travel industry regulations.
  • Operational Oversight:Managing the day-to-day operations of the agency, including bookings, ticketing, and document processing.
  • Reporting:Preparing reports on sales, performance, and other key metrics.
