JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking 1 passionate and knowledgeable Travel Agent to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring they have memorable experiences.
Don’t have experience, but want to step into the travel industry? - No problem!
We’re here to teach and full training will be provided to you.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a travel agency or related field is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• A passion for travel and a keen interest in exploring new destinations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options.
• Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services on behalf of clients.
• Provide clients with detailed itineraries and travel documents.
• Handle any changes or cancellations to bookings efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and destination information to provide accurate advice.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with hotels and other suppliers to secure the best rates and services for clients.
