This is a full-time on-site role for a Female Arabic speaking Travel agent, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Travel agent will engage directly with clients to understand their travel needs, interests, and budgets, and convert these into custom travel plans. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating prices, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients for repeat business and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Arabic speaking is a must.
• Female .
• 1 year sales experience
• Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Negotiation and closing skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
