Would you like to use your English skills to help travelers explore the world? As Travel Agent, you will be responsible for customizing holiday packages and creating cruise itineraries, through: * Engaging with clients through phone calls, emails, or chat services; * Handling inquiries, reservations, changes to itineraries, and payments; * Offering recommendations for appropriate destinations, travel dates, and costs based on clients' preferences; * Working closely with the cruise line and be the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on travel arrangements and answering any questions or concerns; * Using booking systems and software to secure holidays and manage clients travel plans; * Keeping clients up to date with any changes regarding their travel arrangements and promptly address any concerns or issues that arise. The key qualities we’re looking for:  * Excellent English language skills in both speaking and writing (B2 proficiency or higher); * Communication and customer-service skills; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications; * Prior work experience in customer service or a related field (recommended, but not mandatory); * Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work with others towards common goals; * Creative problem solver with an out-of-the-box approach; * Attention to detail. You will work with the Travel Agent team from our location in Iasi and you will benefit from a 8-week on-site training program which will help you develop the required skills and knowledge to successfully assist our clients.
