You would be: Reporting to the Team Lead to achieve goals Working in a state-of-the-art call center, as part of a dynamic customer support team Managing high call volumes/email volumes and delivering exceptional quality services to our customers Offering products such as flights, hotels, car rentals, and insurance. 24/7 according to schedule Rotational (Night shifts are included) Requirements Should have at least one year of experience in a call center environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented Good attention to detail Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations) Ability to manage change and work under pressure Communicate and work closely with other departments to remain current on any updates Thorough On Boarding Process We are building a stellar onboarding adventure just for you, spanning your first 120 days, including access to learning resources, Q&A sessions with our CEO and a buddy program.
