The Role We’re searching for well-organized, motivated and technically skilled Travel Agents to join our Payouts Team. For this position, we’re seeking savvy professionals who will drive innovation and execution excellence in our Customer Care Fulfillment & Refunds department. Main responsibilities in the Payout team are to process refunds to our customers and monitor them in our travel orders. As a payout travel agent you will work with financial transactions which require high attention to detail. Responsibilities Handle Refund Queues (GDS, LCC, BSP link) & Google sheets Prioritize and handle payouts to our end customers Control handled payouts in respective systems Manage pending backlog in timely manner Contact Airlines & Providers for different issues Analyze and propose solutions for task optimizations & automations Cooperate with other teams to resolve any pending issues Requirements A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism/ Business Administration or any quantitative subject) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Experience with accounting processes & software is welcome Self-driven, proactive and results oriented Well-organized, persistent with multitasking skills Playing to win Accountability & cooperation Urgency to be excellent Legal permit to work in our office located in Athens, Greece Benefits We are looking for people who would make the world smaller for travelers but want a bigger world of opportunities for themselves.
