JOB DESCRIPTION:

Spark Limo Tourism is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Tours & Travel Executive to handle chauffeur service arrangements, promote entertainment tickets for UAE attractions, and drive business development. The ideal candidate will also manage the Hotel Travel Desk, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and fostering growth through digital marketing and client engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in tourism, travel desk, or customer service roles, preferably in the UAE.
• Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with booking systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
• Sales and Marketing: Proven ability to upsell and market services effectively through digital and direct channels.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

• Coordinate luxury and standard chauffeur services for hotel guests and corporate clients.
• Manage bookings for airport transfers, intercity travel, and custom transportation needs.
• Liaise with chauffeurs to ensure punctuality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor fleet availability and optimize scheduling to meet client demands efficiently.
