Duties - Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities - Provide recommendations and advice on destinations, attractions, and travel options based on clients’ preferences and budget - Research and gather information on travel regulations, visa requirements, and health and safety precautions for different destinations - Coordinate with airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel service providers to make reservations and secure the best deals for clients - Handle any changes or cancellations to travel plans, ensuring minimal disruption to clients’ itineraries - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new destinations, and travel promotions to provide the most current information to clients Experience - Previous experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of hotel and hospitality industry is essential - Familiarity with various booking systems and online travel platforms - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications related to travel bookings Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Pay: £13,889.16-£35,642.06 per year
