This is a remote position. Schedule: Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours Thursday’s – Monday’s from 10:00am – 7:00 pm with 1hr unpaid break Please note that this position can be on shifting schedule. Selected candidates must be open to shifting schedule. Responsibilities: Respond immediately to inbound client inquiries via phone, email, text, or chat. Ensure itineraries are confirmed and sent out on the same day as requested. Effectively research and make decisions based on available information, balancing guest needs with business priorities. Handle and resolve a variety of customer concerns, complaints, and questions via phone and email. Efficiently manage service requests and coordinate travel arrangements. Perform outbound calls to hotel suppliers to confirm bookings and billing. Respond professionally, appropriately, and promptly. Provide accurate travel advice. Document client concerns for follow-up. Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions. Assist with additional projects or assignments as required. Requirements 2–5 years of experience with Sabre. Full fluency in English (verbal and written). At least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or a sales-related environment. Proficiency in systems such as Sabre, Excel, and Word. Exceptional customer service skills, including problem-solving while balancing customer and company needs. Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written). Extraordinary time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Flexible schedule based on business needs. Independent, self-motivated, empathetic, solutions-focused, and passionate about guest support. Proven track record of punctuality and reliability. Experience with GDS systems (Sabre GDS preferred, but not required).
