Dornan are currently recruiting for a Travel Co Ordinator to join our Cork Office.
This is an important role identified to support the growth of Dornan.

Responsibilities
  • Organise all travel for office staff and site personnel
  • This would include flights, accommodation, train booking and car hire.
  • Requests come via travel requisition signed off by the relevant manager and or email.
  • Bookings are made where applicable and recorded in a log which is maintained on a
  • sharepoint file.
  • The role requires the person to be organised and act on their own initiative.
  • Bookings need to be made quickly, efficiently and at the best value possible.
  • Invoicing will be required for some of the bookings, and this would be completed via Microsoft dynamics. – full training will be provided.
