Position Overview The Travel Concierge will work closely with the Travel Director to deliver exceptional, detail-oriented service for Usturiun Luxury Travel’s discerning clients. This is a client-facing role that covers all aspects of luxury travel arrangements, including hotel and flight bookings, leisure itineraries, and support for VVIP group travel projects.
The successful candidate will be comfortable using GDS (Sabre preferred), managing multiple priorities, and working to the highest service standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of experience in a travel concierge, luxury travel agency, or related field.
• Proficiency in Sabre GDS (or another GDS with willingness to learn Sabre).
• Strong knowledge of luxury travel products, destinations, and experiences.
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Professional communication skills in English (Arabic advantageous).
• High level of discretion and ability to work with high-net-worth clients.

• Manage hotel, flight, and leisure reservations, ensuring seamless and personalised arrangements.
• Use GDS (Sabre preferred) to source fares, availability, and create itineraries.
• Assist in the organisation and execution of VVIP mega-group travel projects, including logistics coordination.
• Liaise with luxury hotels, airlines, DMCs, and transport providers to confirm and manage bookings.
• Prepare accurate travel documents, confirmations, invoices, and any necessary amendments.
• Maintain Usturiun’s high-touch service approach in all client communications.
• Support the marketing and operations teams with destination content and promotional materials when required.
