Our Travel Department is searching for professional and enthusiastic Travel & Ticketing Consultants to join its team. This role involves planning travel packages, ticket issuance and maintaining client files and database. To succeed in this role, candidate must possess outstanding negotiation and sales skills.
As an Airlink Consultant, the goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for our future services. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with in-depth knowledge of booking systems and domestic and international travel guidelines.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in tourism and hospitality or relevant field
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of domestic and foreign travel destinations
• Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
• Knowledge of the practices, methods and techniques of sales and up selling
• Skill in developing and nurturing network of sales leads and prospects
• Ability to meet established sales quotas and/or promotional objectives.
• Outstanding knowledge of the latest tourism movements
• Proficient with the latest ticketing system
• Male candidate preferred

  Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per mont

• Plan details for travel including transportation, accommodation, and airlines
• Work closely with clients to determine their traveling needs
• Guide clients on the appropriate service of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations that fits their need
• Book transportation and hotel reservations on behalf of clients
• Collect payments and pay fees
• Maintain an accurate and neat payment records
• Resolve travel issues, complaints, and refunds
• Meet sales targets and profit goals
• Maintain client information and financial records
• Ensure you stay up-to-date with tourism trends and systems
