Our company is currently seeking a Travel Consultant & Sales Executive with UAE travel industry experience to join our Sharjah office. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for travel and sales.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant / Sales Executive in the UAE.
  • Valid UAE driving licence.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE travel industry regulations, visa processes, and destinations.
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems and holiday booking software.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail with a proactive and sales-driven approach.
Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by offering expert travel advice and booking support.
  • Arrange complete travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and activities.
  • Process travel bookings, issue tickets, and handle holiday packages.
  • Advise clients on visa requirements and assist with UAE visa applications.
  • Manage customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, destinations, and travel regulations.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across corporate and private sectors in the UAE.
