Job Description
We’re searching for experienced Travel Consultants, to join our team delivering quality customer care to business travelers.
- Based in Belfast City Centre - 49 East Bridge Street, Belfast BT1 3NR.
- Full time permanent role contracted to 40 hours paid production.
- Hourly rate - Starting 11.48 per hour, rising to 11.92 per hour after training (12 weeks). After another 12 weeks, you will have the opportunity to increase to 12.70 per hour (performance dependent)
- Bonus potential – up to £150 per month available from 12 weeks.
- Hours – fully flexible between 7am – 10pm Monday to Friday with potential weekend work.
As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing flights, hotels, and trains before and during corporate customers business trips. You’ll make sure they fly with ease, arrive refreshed and alert for meetings, and return home on time to their families and friends.
Responsibilities:
- Support for corporate travellers.
- Answering incoming calls and/or make outbound calls corresponding with travel customers currently traveling or interested in purchasing/researching travel by following standard scripts and procedures.
- Greet and converse with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Respond to email/chat requests providing service and support in line with client standards.
- Accurately answer general travel and site related questions.
- Accurately track and report call types and service issues, raising cases with related departments to resolve issues.
