Travel Consultant (Remote / Flexible) Job Overview: We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Travel Consultants to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking travel experiences, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about travel and customer service. Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and experiences Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and tours Provide clients with itineraries, travel tips, and required documentation information Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after their trips Stay up to date on travel deals, destinations, and industry updates Manage reservations and client information within the company's booking systems Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Customer service or sales experience preferred Basic computer and internet skills Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences Previous travel industry experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Flexible schedule Remote work opportunity Training and ongoing support provided Travel perks and discounts (when applicable) Opportunity to grow within the travel industry
