JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail holiday selling background but not essential, enabling them to provide exceptional travel experiences for our clients. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for planning, booking, and managing travel itineraries while ensuring customer satisfaction and attention to detail.

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple bookings simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges during the planning process or while clients are travelling.
  • A passion for travel and a desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
