OVERVIEW

As a member of our team, you will play an important role in helping clients plan and book their dream holidays, however big or small. This position requires a passion for travel, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various suppliers as well as the small team in the office. We are ideally looking for 3-4 days a week, but full hours and salary available on request.

SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using booking systems and travel software.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
  • Research and recommend suitable options based on the client‘s requirements .
  • Book packages, cruises, flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide clients with detailed itineraries and travel documentation, as well as helping with any changes or queries after booking.
  • Manage client enquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
