Description

Tour Operations Administrator – Full Time

Award-Winning Travel Company | Monday to Friday | Springwood Location

Fun Over 50 Holidays is a nationally recognised leader in luxury, all-inclusive touring for the over-50s market. As an eco-certified and family-owned business, we create unforgettable holiday experiences with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and fun.

We’re looking for an experienced Administrator with a background in event coordination to join our growing operations team. This is not a travel consultant role—it’s an administrative position within a travel company, ideal for someone who thrives on managing details, juggling priorities, and making sure everything runs like clockwork.

About the Role

  • Full-time, permanent position based in our Springwood office (must work onsite)
  • Standard hours are 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • No weekend or after-hours work

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage tour contracting and supplier confirmations
  • Coordinate day-to-day tour operations and ensure all inclusions are booked and documented
  • Maintain and update tour itineraries, documents and operational systems
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to meet deadlines and ensure tour readiness
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email (no sales targets)

About You

  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination, especially managing logistics and supplier bookings
  • Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel confidently, as these platforms are essential to our daily operations
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and confident working with digital systems and documentation

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a vibrant, down-to-earth team that values hard work and enjoy a good laugh.
  • Relaxed office environment with casual dress, gym access, and a strong team culture.
  • Free onsite parking.
  • Join a growing business that’s leading the way in sustainable, senior-focused travel.
  • Enjoy meaningful work—what you do helps create memorable holiday experiences for thousands of Australians.

Ready to Apply?

If you're an experienced administrator with a background in events, strong Excel and Word skills, and a love of organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
