  1. Handle daily tour and activity bookings through WhatsApp, phone, website and other booking channels.
  2. Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  3. Provide customers with tour details, prices, availability and pickup information.
  4. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  5. Confirm customer details, pickup locations, dates and tour selections.
  6. Coordinate reservations with drivers, guides and the operations team.
  7. Maintain accurate booking records and daily reservation schedules.
  8. Follow up with customers regarding pending inquiries and bookings.
