Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of visa eligibility based on individual client profiles, ensuring compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations.
• Prepare and review visa applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines to maximize approval chances.
• Offer personalized consultations to clients, addressing their specific immigration needs and providing tailored solutions to complex visa scenarios.
• Stay updated on global immigration policies and procedures, adapting strategies to changes that may impact client applications and outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidates with their own valid residence visa (family/spouse/freelance) are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in relevant feild.
• A minimum of 1 year of direct experience in visa [Tourism /Business] service for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Schengen Countires, EVisa and ETA.
• Experience working with diverse nationalities with strong cross-cultural communication abilities; fluency in English and knowledge of regional Indian languages preferred.

Standard working hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with all Sundays, one rotating Saturday off each month and all official UAE national holidays off.
