Travel Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant / Travel Agent to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of flight ticketing and reservations.
• Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Knowledge of UAE tourist visas and travel-related services is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries, bookings, cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
• Experience dealing with B2B suppliers and customers is an advantage.
• Good sales and follow-up skills.
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
