We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in planning their travel experiences. You will leverage your sales skills and travel expertise to create personalized itineraries that meet the unique needs of each traveler. Your goal is to ensure that every client enjoys a seamless and memorable journey.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in a travel agency or similar role
• Familiarity with GDS systems Sabre and Galileo is a plus and familiarity with B2B portal
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, etc.)
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in
• Manage bookings, cancellations, and changes professionally
• Maintain updated knowledge of travel regulations and trends
