We are currently hiring 2 Travel Consultants for our Burnaby and Coquitlam Offices to assist clients with the planning and partaking of their travel needs. Job duties include:
Researching various destinations and means of travel and considering the prices, customs, and weather conditions.
Supplying travelers with necessary information and useful travel material, including event programs or maps.
We are looking for applicants who have excellent customer service skills and are willing to work hard to attract new customers. The applicant must be fluent with social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Wechat, Weibo and Xiaohongshu in order to promote products and travel packages. Applicants also must be fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English. Applicants must also be flexible to work on weekends. Starting salary is dependent on relevant experience within the travel industry.
