• Combining travel, accommodation, and services such as sightseeing arrangements to create holiday packages.
• Prepare the best suitable Itinerary (a planned route or journey) as per client requirements.
• Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets.
• Confirming customer names with airlines/hotels.
• Visiting Hotels to ascertain accommodation quality and suitability.
• Handling bookings, invoicing.
• Liaising with internal and external suppliers and departments apart from coach operators, and hoteliers.
• Ensuring agreed service levels, contracts and costs are adhered to.
• Confirming customer names with hotels.
• Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback.
• Using market research information to create new products from time to time.
• Producing mailers and flyers from time to time.
• Marketing holidays to clients via travel agents, websites, social media, etc.
• Forecasting profits and / or number of bookings / pax.
• Working with travel consultants from different travel agencies to put holiday packages together.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong understanding of travel destinations, industry trends, and package customization.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and sales management
• Should have at least 1+ year of experience in quotations for Dubai Package.
• Should be well-organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Currently residing in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Excellent communication skill and negotiation skills.
