We are looking for two (2) passionate, service-oriented and sales-driven travel and tourism career enthusiasts to join our latest office, opening in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The ideal contenders shall be the face of the brand and the organization, operating from a modern, lavish and cozy office overlooking the Mina Al Arab Lagoon Marina, serving customers and delivering service excellence, with a genuine display of warmth, exuberance and positive energy, so that they relfect the brand well and all that the brand stands for.
The primary responsibility of this role is to convert all customer inquiries that come via a multitude of lead funnels such as social media, website, hotline, walk-ins and referrals into sales. The ideal candidate should mandatorily have a proven track record in front-line, actively providing customer service and converting leads into sales within the travel and tourism industry in the UAE, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
CANDIDATE PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism sector within the UAE is mandatory.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or professional equivalent).

- Skills: strong communication, negotiation, and convincing abilities to maximize lead conversions.
- Personality: outgoing, pleasant, and service-oriented with a passion for delivering service excellence that’s mandatory in the travel and tourism industry.
- Commitment: a genuine interest in building a long-term career in the tourism sector and growing with our company.
- Willingness: it is mandatorily required to travel within and out of the Emirate where needed, in order to meet with clients and partners.
- Work Hours: ability to work on shift basis, covering on rotation basis two shifts that run from 09:00am to 05:00pm and the other shift that starts at 02:00pm and ends at 10:00pm. It is also required to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
- Base Location: it is mandatory for the selected candidates to be relocated to/based in Ras Al Khaimah, no relocation package provided.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: provide outstanding customer service to walk-in clients, as well as those who inquire via web, social media, and telephone.
- Sales & Revenue Drive: follow up on all inquiries and convert them into sales and scalable revenue.
- Relationship Building: develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Networking & Industry References: collaborate with external stakeholders such as visa agencies, car operators, hotels, and other leisure sector B2Bs to offer competitive and comprehensive travel solutions.
- Market Awareness: stay updated with the latest travel trends, offers, and destinations to provide clients with the best options.
- Data Management: maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
