REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a travel consultant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Sales-oriented with a passion for travel.
• Knowledge of travel software and platforms.
• High school diploma required; degree or certification in tourism/travel is a plus.
• Multilingual skills are a bonus.

  Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Travel consultant: 4 years (Required)
• UAE travel trade: 4 years (Required)

• Advise clients on travel options and destinations based on their needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Book travel services including flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and travel insurance.
• Create customized travel itineraries, including multi-destination and group travel plans.
• Assist with visa applications and other travel documentation.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and rebookings as needed.
• Stay up to date with travel restrictions, COVID-19 regulations, and global advisories.
• Promote and sell travel packages, upgrades, and add-on services.
• Maintain accurate client records and travel arrangements using booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
• Provide post-booking support and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
