Role Overview The Travel Coordinator will be the behind-the-scenes operator responsible for transforming raw, disorganized travel proposals into visually stunning, client-ready itineraries. This role is essential in elevating the client experience, maintaining brand standards, improving turnaround speed, and enabling the team to scale without sacrificing quality. You will handle itinerary formatting, assist with pre-arrival communications, and manage light backend logistics—all while maintaining luxury-level precision, aesthetic consistency, and fast delivery windows. Your Impact Reduce turnaround time and increase operational efficiency across itinerary production Elevate all client-facing materials to a polished, luxury, on-brand level Improve client satisfaction through consistent, error-free communications Ensure seamless backend coordination with hotels, guides, and internal partners Identify opportunities to improve templates, workflows, and formatting consistency Take increasing ownership over processes as trust and speed are demonstrated Core Responsibilities Itinerary Beautification Convert raw travel proposals into polished, visually stunning itineraries using Canva templates. Add personalized recommendations (dining, shopping, experiences). Ensure consistent formatting, brand voice adherence, and flawless grammar. Maintain layout standards across all client deliverables. Back-End Communications & Logistics Draft client-facing pre-arrival and final trip summary emails. Prepare internal notes for hotels, guides, and in-destination partners. Organize itinerary updates, timelines, and files across systems. Assist with light project management and internal file organization. Key Requirements Ability to deliver error-free, visually refined client-facing materials Strong design eye with elevated taste aligned with premium/luxury brands Fast turnaround and ability to manage multiple parallel tasks High initiative—able to spot issues before they become problems Excellent written English and structured communication Must-Haves (Required) Fluent English with impeccable grammar Advanced Canva proficiency (portfolio or sample work required) Extremely high attention to detail Strong sense of visual aesthetics and formatting Ability to meet
