EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

  • Advanced education (e.g., bachelor’s degree).
  • 6 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and managing expense claims, with proficiency in scheduling accommodations and resolving travel-related issues.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in travel logistics and compliance with regulations and policies.

SUMMARY PAY RANGE:

As a member of the team, you are an integral part of a global force supporting our Warfighters at a time of strategic competition. On this program, you will translate customer needs into detailed requirements and develop integrated software and support processes enabling the transformation of information into intelligence for decision advantage. Candidates must be able to adapt in an exciting, dynamic operational environment while maintaining relationships with stakeholders and customers.

  • Coordinate the organization’s travel needs, managing both CONUS/OCONUS travel arrangements and claims, ensuring compliance with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and the organization’s travel policy, particularly for government contracts.
  • Prepare expense authorizations for all CONUS/OCONUS travel, verifying funding availability and active period of performance for travel arrangements, and resolving any issues associated with processing travel requests and expense reports.
  • Schedule hotel and flight accommodations, procure necessary documentation such as passports, visas, or other clearances, and manage travel within budget constraints.
  • Develop plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives, providing data for management review and tracking performance.
  • Monitor and track execution of plans, communicate status to all project participants
